Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is an uncommon, low grade, malignant fibroblastic tumor.Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) Buzzers is a myeloproliferative disorder characterized by dysregulated production of granulocytic cell line without the loss of their capacity to differentiate.To our knowledge, there is no described association of DFSP with CML in literature.The authors have encountered a first case of DFSP coexisting with NippleToys chronic myeloid leukemia.
